Padmaja is a Gold medalist in B.Sc, Mathematics from Osmania University she later pursued her M.Sc. in Mathematics from Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Osmania university.
She started her career as a Mathematics lecturer at Gautami Junior college, Hyderabad where she taught the curriculum designed for the IIT-JEE, BITSAT, and EAMCET exams. She was also a part of other prominent institutions that coach students for such competitive exams. She has a long-standing experience of 23 years as a Mathematics lecturer.
She encourages students to build strong conceptual foundations through her teaching techniques. Throughout her teaching career, she has been advocating an all-round development of students.
