PAGE Junior College, Himayatnagar, celebrated the 73rd Independence Day with hearts filled with a feeling of rededication to the Nation Building of our great country INDIA.
The celebration triggered off with the group rendition of Vande Mataram. Senior Chemistry Faculty Mrs. Bhagyalakshmi unfurled the tricolor as the students and staff sang the National Anthem.
Trisha Kedia gave a talk on Independence from the students perspective. A former student of PAGE Maher Keertana sang a melodious patriotic number. Sweets distribution followed. The programme was wrapped up with Jai Hind and Bharat Mata Ki Jai renting the air.
