HOTEL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP AT ANVESHAN
On April 13th, Day 8 of the Anveshan Summer Camp at PAGE Junior College, the students were introduced to the world of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts. Our ex-student Aravind and a few of his classmates from IIHM, Hyderabad came back to share their experiences with the students. It was a fun workshop where they became sous-chefs under the guidance of Chef Aravind and together they made yummy items like sandwiches, muffins and a mocktail to go with it. The students had fun measuring out ingredients, cutting, chopping, mixing, and finally tasting the results of their hard work. Definitely their families are going to taste something new this weekend!!
