Anthony John Royal comes to PAGE with rich & diverse experience from many roles. Starting out as a B.Com graduate with an additional Diploma in Computer Hardware, John’s first working experience was in creative field as he is a natural artist. He started out as an Art teacher in Rosary Convent School teaching students free hand drawing, Sand art on Canvas and Glass Painting with oil paints, handicraft training etc. But later his more ambitious side took over and he moved into the Computer hardware business at Ben Computers where he added different skills to his skillset. After a stint abroad in Dubai where he honed his administrative and organizational skills at American University where he was the Asst. Supervisor & Storekeeper, he returned to India where he took up a job with This is where he really developed his administrative and leadership skills moving from Team Lead to Manager in a short span of time.

However, John never forgot his experience of working with students, and it is this that drew him to join PAGE. “What excites me about my job, “he says, “is that I feel I am making a difference to young lives. At this vulnerable age they need a lot of counseling and mentorship, and I sit with them in one-on-one sessions to provide that. I make sure that I know the progress and special needs of each and every child on my campus.” John’s basic strength is his high level of motivation for his job and dedication to the task at hand. He has excellent inter-personal and communication skills which enables him to build a good rapport with the students.  

We have already described John’s creative side, and he is into music too. But he is also a good sportsman. He used to play a lot of cricket, and has represented AP at the National level in Basketball. He also loves reading and traveling. At home he loves spending time with his little son, Ronaldo Lucas.
